Parked under a shade of trees up in the Berkeley hills. The Enkei 15" x 7" RP02 wheels and Bridgestone
RE730s were only a week old in this pic. My opinions on the RE730s? They're great! They are more
noisy at the limit and while cruising, but it's a small trade off for more wet traction (makes my old
Dunlop SP8000s feel like slicks in the rain!), slightly better dry traction, and sharper steering
response. I usually keep the hood bra on, but it was raining. The front end looks more mean
with it on...

Same spot as previous pic; different angle.

I did my first Duel at De Anza race on 5/20/01. Here's Ken leading a line of mostly Corollas. Unfortunately,
he lost the rear end on the timed laps when he drifted one tight corner. =) This and the next pic are
courtesy of Jeff Andrade who also races in the SFR SCCA OSP class.

A Corolla line-up. Mine was the only FWD'er there! =(

At the end of Round 2 at 3COM. You can get a peek of George's AE102...

My Corolla on the rack... This was taken on the day that I installed the Eibach Pro Kit springs.
I chose these particular springs because they lowered my car "just enough" not too
little and not too much. The springs dropped the car approximately 1" at the rear and 1.3"
at the front. I really didn't want to go much lower than that since I almost always encounter some
seriously crappy streets and highways in the Bay Area. Although, I should be thankful that I'm not
in New York City--people joke around about cars disappearing into pot holes! Oooh...
My uncle graciously let me borrow his hydraulic lift and air tools to make this job go a whole lot quicker. The job wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. You just need a little time and patience. Besides... It was fun!!! There's nothing like gettin' your hands greasy with your car!

This is just a pic of my Corolla and my girlfriend, JoAnn, at Pebble Beach in Monterey. I was too
far when I took the pic, so when I got it developed, the car was only about 1/3 as wide as the
pic--A LOT of wasted space. I plan on going back sometime in the summer to take a better one.

On the right side of my car is my cousin's Yamaha FZR600 that I used to ride. I was surprised that
both the motorcycle and my car fit in the garage side-by-side. No... I didn't mind having to
crawl out of the passenger's side window!
