I think I forgot to bring my magnetic numbers, hence the number "7" on the car. That's Alan in the passenger's seat.

A quiet lull on an early Sunday morning. The Bomber's the first car in the foreground, ready to get flogged during her autox runs.

It was raining on this particular morning and as the day progressed, certain portions of the track dried out faster. So, you could push really hard in some corners, then come up to a slippery corner in the blink of an eye and lose a lot of grip. Needless to say, I wasn't too happy at this event.

At this point, I'd like to thank Alan for letting co-drive the Blue Bomber with him during the SFR's Solo 2 '03 Slush Series. Without him, I would most likely not have shown up to any of the events because my GT-S isn't anywhere close to being race-ready with all of my current expenses.

Anyway, the Bomber earned herself the 4th place trophy in Street Mod for the '03 Slush Series. When the loose nuts behind the steering wheel actually had their heads on straight, the Bomber fared pretty well considering that she's underpowered; we're going up against BMW M3s, A4s, and S4s for cryin' out loud!!!. We'll have to get the handling sorted a little better (it's almost there) and may end up doing a few more mods to squeeze more power out of the motor (cams and higher compression pistons) and make the car more driveable by slapping the power steering back on. Trust me... Torque steer ain't fun when it's so easy to mash the throttle and you need finesse placing the car on corner entries and exits!

Thanks also go to Noel de Los Reyes for letting me hop into his kick-ass Audi A4 at the Marina event when the Bomber's ignition system (specifically, the MSD coil) was acting up. Noel's A4 is such a sweet ride; 4WD, absolutely beautiful balance for a 4WD car, and..... power steering! Hahaha... =) I still owe you lunch, bro!
