Almost all of my CSU Hayward friends are in the Nursing Program. Hence, the group calls themselves "The Nursing Barkada +1." Barkada is a Tagalog word that can be translated as "a good group of friends." Anyway, guess who the "+1" is... Me! Hahaha... Well, technically, it is fitting cuz I'm not a nursing student. =) Anyway, some of 'em finished their coursework by Spring, so a bunch of us decided to go to Palm Springs for their much-deserved break from school and clinicals.
Corinne's parents graciously let us kids use their condo in Palm Springs. The place was purty nice, too! It was more than roomy for the 7 of us. Just wanted to give a big "salamat" to her parents... On the way down to Palm Springs, we stopped by Universal Studios since some of us hadn't been there in a long time.
